In the event that your child needs the services of a specialist, you will need to call our insurance department at least 24 hours ahead of time so that a referral can be completed.  If the insurance company does not receive the primary care provider's referral in advance, they may deny the visit or pay the specialist at a lower rate.  Please have your insurance card available for reference when you call our insurance department.
