Our skilled nursing staff is available 8:00AM through 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Please be prepared to give the nurse the following information:

• Your Childs Age
• Symptoms
• Temperature
• Length of Illness

If the problem requires your doctor's attention, he or she will return your call at the earliest opportunity. For non-emergent advice or information, call mid to late-morning or early to mid-afternoon Tuesday through Friday when our phone lines are less busy.

Telephone calls after hours are for urgent problems only. For emergencies at night, a doctor can be reached by calling Georgetown Community Hospital at (502) 868-1100. Ask the operator to page the doctor on call. Please give the operator your name and your child's name. The doctor will call you back.

NON-URGENT MATTERS SHOULD WAIT UNTIL OFFICE HOURS.
