Dr. Brian Badger was born in Ohio but within a few years moved to Florence, Alabama where he and his two brothers were raised southern boys. In second grade his teacher asked the question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" The idea of being a physician was born - and it stuck! Dr. Badger pursued his dream at the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama. Upon graduating from medical school, he took a backpacking trip through Europe with his brother, then loaded up the truck and moved to Louisville, Kentucky where he completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Louisville, Kosair Children's Hospital. Following his residency, he joined Georgetown Pediatrics in July of 2005.

Dr. Badger is board certified and is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics and the Kentucky Medical Association.

In his spare time he enjoys camping, playing soccer, watching college football, and vacationing.
